I’d been eyeing Kopari products for a while now. They appealed to me so bad, but I couldn’t decide what product to try out. So, when I saw the Face the Day & Night Kit and the Multitasking Kit on the Kopari website, I just decided to basically try them all out. (well, almost)
*For this post, I’ll be talking about the Face the Day & Night Kit only. I’ll do a separate post for the Multitasking Kit.
The Face the Day & Night Coconut Oil Skincare Kit consists of:
- the coconut cleansing oil
- the coconut rose toner
- the coconut face cream; and
- the coconut lip love
These products are made with 100% organic coconut oil, and they are cruelty-free. They also share these properties: paraben-free, sulfate-free, alcohol-free, phthalate-free, non-GMO, silicone-free and petroleum-free. All these characteristics make them great choices for people with sensitive skin. And for those of you that are afraid that these might have an overwhelming coconut smell, not at all! They barely have a fragrance, which is light and fresh.
The coconut cleansing oil is light and has more of a liquid consistency. When mixed with water, it turns into a milky consistency. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and hydrated. It hasn’t caused any redness or breakouts, which is a thumbs up in my book. Great cleansing oil!
The coconut rose toner is just lovely. Not only does it smell amazing (if you love rose scented products that is), but it absorbs in just a few seconds and leaves the skin hydrated with absolutely no stickiness. It says it’s meant to restore the skin’s natural balance and to tighten up pores while preventing redness. Definitely my favourite from this kit.
The coconut face cream is beautiful. It has more of a gel consistency than that of an actual cream, which I like. It is said to help fight the appearance of wrinkles and to provide non-greasy hydration. It is lightweight as promised, but I will say it is still a bit heavy on my oily skin for summer times. However, I do feel this will be amazing in the colder winter months.
The lip love is a hydrating lip balm free of petroleum and silicone, meaning it will not create a barrier on your lips which can actually hurt your lip’s natural hydration. It is completely clear and very glossy. It applies smoothly and does feel a bit sticky, but the hydration is definitely there. It leaves my lips feeling plumped and hydrated, which is all I ask for in a lip balm really. Plus, it smells of coconuts.
I highly recommend giving these a try! Let me know if you do (or have)! 🙂
Thank you so much for reading, xo
